Child Safety Standards
Our standard
PickTonight has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, and any content or contact that sexualises or endangers a child. It is forbidden by our Community guidelines and removed wherever we find it.
Who can use PickTonight
PickTonight is for people aged 13 and over. Sign-up asks for a birth date and refuses anyone younger.
How to report a concern
- In the app: from the person's profile, or from the comment, list or club where you saw it, choose Report and the reason “Child safety concern”. It takes one tap; details are optional.
- By email: support@forcevolve.com.
- If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
What we do
- Child safety reports are urgent: we work them the same day, before any other report.
- Before we remove anything, we keep an exact copy of it, which only our moderators can read, so that it can be given to the authorities. Then we remove the content and ban the account behind it.
- When a report gives rise to a suspicion of the sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of a child, we inform the law enforcement or judicial authorities of the EU country concerned, or Europol, the same day, as Article 18 of the EU Digital Services Act requires.
